Even though it took two attempts to fix my Tahoe, DonK really went the extra miles to fix it properly the second time, which included working with a rather reluctant maintenance package to pay for the problem and get it fixed correctly. I have nothing but good things to say about Don Kay!

The service was done more quickly than thought.

Neighbors told me not to order from Don K but due to proximity, I went ahead and have had nothing but challenges. The truck didn’t get ordered for 3 months, my original check deposit got “lost”, it took 7 months for the truck to get delivered, your staff low balled us on the value of our trade in (Corwin gave us $8000 more for the truck) and finally it took over 2 1/2 hours to finalize a cash purchase for said truck. I will not purchase another truck from you, and based on 3 recent friend’s experience, will not bring the truck to you for any future needs. Kalispell might be further away but hopefully Corwin’s team won’t require multiple appointments to identify and fix issues like your team (ram and Chevy) have needed. Really just not impressed….

Great experience except for the financing options component. Felt clunky and uninformed.

Construction needs better signage.
