Staff very customer service oriented

My service receipt shows that a multi point inspection was conducted. However, there was no documentation showing what the multi point inspection evaluated or what the results were for each inspection item.. Consequently, the multi point inspection is just a complete mystery and is essentially worthless since no infornation is shared about what was done and seen. Zero information about the inspection does not give the customer any confidence that the inspection was even conducted or was completed thoroughly. Zero feedback on the multipoint inspection was very, very disappointing.

My car was supposed to be at Don K’s all day but the Master Mechanic worked in it only took a couple hours to fix the axle leak!!

All the guys at Don K were really wonderful to deal with. Great communication the whole time my truck was at their shop. Highly recommend the Don K dealership!!!!!!!!

Check engine light came on. I stopped in and the service person Mike, shared that I shouldn’t drive it. That the exhaust intake was failing. He was able to give me a loaner vehicle. It took a week, but the figured out how to fix it.

Got my appointment quickly and work was done in a timely manner.

Well organized and efficient

After finding my myself in a parking lot with a Suburban that wouldn’t start and a carful of groceries, called AAA and got towed to Don K, Michael the Service manager could not have been more helpful, even though the dealership was a bit short on technicians, he got the repairs ( a new starter motor) done within a day or so. Great Service!!!!

Jon was extremely patient, friendly and helpful. He also knows his vehicles he is selling.

Prompt and courteous!
